Corrections

Most Vibrant Souls customers are extremely satisfied with their purchases, but mistakes do happen! If there is ever a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, we will happily be sure that you get what you're looking for. Please email sierra@soulvibrance.com to discuss any discrepancies.

Returns

You may request a return of any unopened and unused product purchased from Vibrant Souls within thirty (30) days of the date you received your order. Before returning any products via mail please contact Vibrant Souls. Please include 1) your order number, and 2) the reason for the return. Once your refund request is approved, please mail the product and your order invoice to:

For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged. You are responsible for return postage and any damage incurred on the return shipment.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for unopened, unused or defective items. If your request for a refund is approved by Vibrant Souls, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise damaged in shipment may be returned for a full refund but a request for such a refund must be asked of Vibrant Souls within 48 hours of delivery. 

Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. Failure to contact Vibrant Souls with your order number and reason for refund request before mailing back product may result in significant delays in obtaining a refund.  Vibrant Souls reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return or request for refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
